Our Role

The Professional Teaching Standards Board has been authorized by Wyoming state legislature to:  

 

• Develop rules and regulations for the licensure of teachers, administrators, and other school personnel
• Approve teacher education programs
• Respond to disciplinary action as needed 

Enter into reciprocity agreements with other states – WY has reciprocity with all states on an “equal exchange” basis.
